I liked doing this drawing because I had not really ever tried to draw in color befor so this drawing was a little bit harder for me. Also in the kind of art I like there has to be color it brings more of my attention. It was hard for me when I had to choose what color to use in an object because to make have value I had to use different king of colors to make it look a more real.  I am actually happy of how it turned out to be. I mean I dont think is great and all; but knowing how I would have done it with what I had only known before it would have not turned out this good.

This drawing I thought I did pretty good, because when I do black & white drawing they are usually light. I chose these object, because I wanted to draw something that would relate to me and an every day use and my compact is very good example of that. For this drawing I used my pencil to do the outline light then drew in the drawing and gave it value and shadows.  I learn to press harder on the pencil to give the objects more value.

Hello my name is Rebeka I am a junior at The Academy. Really just like all types of art I dont really have a favorite type. The reason for that is because all art has something different in it, and it is very unique in its own way. What art I really do like though is Andy Warhol’s painting. They are very unique, bright colored, and random to me. I mostly just doodle on paper what ever comes out of my head or if I see something interesting I doodle what ever comes out of my mind form seein that. By the end of this year I would like to learn how to shade, and put value, I have always had a problem with that.
